Google's 200 Position Factors: The Complete List

You Probably know that Google uses about 200 rank things in their algorithm...
However, What the heck are they?
Well Today you are in for a treat since I've assembled a complete list.
Some are proven.
Some Are controversial.
Others are SEO nerd speculation.

Parked Domains:

A Google update in December of 2011 diminished search visibility of parked domains.

Affiliate Links:

Affiliate Links themselves probably won't hurt your rankings. But in case you have too many, Google's algorithm will pay closer attention to other quality signals to be sure you're not a "thin affiliate site".

Keyword Prominence:

Having A keyword appear in the very first 100-words of a page's content is apparently a substantial relevancy signal.

Person Editors:

Although Never supported, Google has filed a patent for a system that enables human editors to influence the SERPs.

Penalized WhoIs Owner:

If Google identifies a specific individual as a spammer it is reasonable they'd scrutinize other websites owned by that person.
